Our agritourism offers a traditional cuisine able to gratify the palate of our guests. We will serve you only genuine products, which freshness intensifies thoroughly the simple and savoury ladin dishes.Inspired by the time-honored traditions of ladin cuisine, we create menus with high quality ingredients, able to transform your meal in an unforgettable moment.
We will offer you numerous home-products, like meat, smoked sausages, speck, milk, eggs, vegetables and a lot of other mountain tastes.Among the dishes prepared in our agricultural Traditional cuisine Tlisöra, we want to remember you mixed cold platters with cured meats and cheeses, home made sausages, knödel in soup or with gulasch, gnocchi (dumplings) with spinach, tris of gnocchi (three different types of gnocchi), polenta (cornmeal mush) with mushrooms, panzotti stuffed with ricotta (soft white Italian cheese), aromatic herbs or meat, barley soup, spazlan with gorgonzola, the cancì (Tyrolean ravioli), the tutres, smoked shank, and home made desserts, like the buckwheat cake and the strudel.
Our traditional cuisine is always available for every lunch and dinner. For larger groups we wanted a reservation.
